A Letter to Gary Vaynerchuk
I was planning on penning an open letter to you for a few weeks now where I was going to tell you how much you mean to young entrepreneurs everywhere but then you dropped this:

I’ve watched enough DailyVee to understand that you recognize how much of an impact you have on people so this all seems like a waste at this point. However, I wanted to share my experience with you, to you as a “Thank You” of sorts for all the free advice and mentorship you’ve elegantly distributed.
My favorite rapper is T.I., the founder of Hustle Gang, so naturally I’ve been motivated by a good portion of their songs to hustle and put in the work. Being a hip hop fan, I stumbled upon your interview with The Breakfast Club about a year ago when I was getting ready to halt operations on my first business. I encountered my first true obstacle in my career and didn’t know what was next. After watching the entire interview from Charlamagne’s favorite “corporate thug motivator,” I was transformed.
You made entrepreneurship cool. We’re well aware of these bullshit “entrepreneurs” on social media who live these amazing lifestyles which we can emulate simply by purchasing a $49.99 e-Book! You keep it real 100% of the time which is what Proprietor Lifestyle is built on.
I know that I’m good at content creation and social media management so when I concluded that an entrepreneurship blog was my next venture, I knew I had to do it like you because I want the long-term money. I have the patience. The temporary motivation Instagram quotes that lead to e-Book sales are short-term money and I realized that thanks to you.
One of the things I respect most about you is your ability to understand millennials on a psychological level when most of us don’t even understand ourselves. I’ve always been interested in the psychological aspects of things which is why I’m so successful in making people laugh with my sense of humor. I quickly analyze situations and react with a skill which has made me popular among those who interact with me. Sort of like how you dissect business situations and deliver a flawless plan within seconds.
Since every business meeting can be cut in half, so can this article. I want to end it by saying thanks from all the young bastards like myself whose lives you’ve given new meaning to. By the way, can you buy the Knicks instead of the Jets? The Knicks need your help just as much, thanks.
